Eligibility

Medical

Full-time and part-time employees may enroll in medical. Enroll by the 1st of the month following 60 days of your hire date (or by the 1st of the month following 30 days of your hire date if you are a SE Division or Kelley Manufacturing employee.)

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

Full-time and part-time employees may enroll in FSAs. Enroll within 60 days of your hire date (or within 30 days if you are a SE Division or Kelley Manufacturing employee.)

Dental

Full-time and part-time employees may enroll in dental. Enroll within 60 days of your hire date (or within 30 days if you are a SE Division or Kelley Manufacturing employee.)

Vision

Full-time and part-time employees may enroll in vision. Enroll within 60 days of your hire date (or within 30 days if you are a SE Division or Kelley Manufacturing employee.)

Life/AD&D

Full-time employees may enroll in life/AD&D. Part-time employees are not eligible to enroll in life/AD&D plans. Enroll within 60 days of your hire date (or within 30 days if you are a SE Division or Kelley Manufacturing employee.)

Short-Term Disability (STD)

Full-time employees are automatically enrolled in STD coverage on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment (or the 1st of the month following 30 days of your hire date if you are a SE Division or Kelley Manufacturing employees.)

Long-Term Disability (LTD)

Full-time employees are automatically enrolled in LTD coverage on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment (or the 1st of the month following 30 days of your hire date if you are a SE Division or Kelley Manufacturing employees.)

401(k)

Full-time employees under age 55 as of June 30, 2018, employees with less than one year of employment, are eligible to enroll in the 401(k). New full-time or part-time employees hired on or after July 1, 2018, become eligible on the 1st day of the month following 60 days of employment.

Profit Sharing

Full-time employees with one year of employment and part-time employees who work a minimum of 1,000 hours and have one year of employment are eligible to receive Profit Sharing contributions.
